The scope of the protection of the right to good governance and good administration includes the questions, signals and complaints of citizens seeking the assistance of the Ombudsman to resolve their violated rights, concerning the following topics:

• a certain time limit for the provision of administrative services;
• poor state of road infrastructure;
• need to improve the urban environment;
• administration of local taxes and fees;
• issuance of Bulgarian identity documents;
• address registration;
• fines imposed under the Road Traffic Act;
