The Ombudsman Institution and the National Social Security Institute are to hold joint reception days for citizens in Veliko Tarnovo and Gorna Oryahovitsa

Ombudsman Velislava Delcheva and a team of experts from the Institution are organizing a reception day for the citizens in Veliko Tarnovo, which will take place on 3 October 2025 (Friday) at 12:00 noon at the Municipality Hall of Veliko Tarnovo, 2 Mayka Bulgaria Square. At the same time, at 12:00 p.m., another team from the Institution, led by Deputy Ombudsman Maria Filipova, will be consulting citizens in Gorna Oryahovitsa. The reception day will take place at the Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality Hall, 5 Georgi Izmirliev Square.

At the same time, at 12:00 p.m., another team from the Institution, led by Deputy Ombudsman Maria Filipova, will be consulting citizens in Gorna Oryahovitsa. The reception day will take place at the Gorna Oryahovitsa Municipality Hall, 5 Georgi Izmirliev Square. 

All citizens who need advice or assistance on issues related to property rights, social and health rights, consumer cases – electricity, water, mobile operators, financial institutions, etc. – can register in advance for appointments.
