- The right to medical expertise, including the expertise of temporary incapacity for work and the issuance of sick notes, the determination of the percentage of permanently reduced working capacity/type and degree of disability in percentages, including on the legal framework, the organization of the work of the bodies of medical expertise (doctors, LCC, TELC, NELC) and its timely conduct;
- The right to access to medical care, applying the principles of timeliness, sufficiency and quality, including access to: emergency care, primary and specialised outpatient care, hospital care, long-term care, rehabilitation, palliative and health care;
- Right to access and payment for medicines, medical devices and food for special medical purposes from public funds;
- The right to quality of medical care, including the volume and quality of medical services and health care provided to patients, in compliance with medical standards and the rules of good medical practice.
- Health insurance rights - right to health insurance, reimbursement of health insurance rights, treatment abroad and its payment by the NHIF;
- Other rights in health care, including employment and professional rights of those working in the system, proposals and opinions on regulatory changes, promotion and prevention, immunization, health surveillance, access to health information, etc.
