The Ombudsman's reception room is the place where experts from the institution receive citizens and representatives of civil society organisations. Staff provide real-time advice, register complaints and alerts, and may provide more information on complaints already lodged.
The reception room provides a suitable environment to ensure the right of access of persons with disabilities, the elderly, mothers with children and other vulnerable persons.
Types:
Permanent reception-room - every working day from 9.00hrs to 17.00hrs at the building of the institution;
Reception days of the Ombudsman - by appointment on (+359) 02 81 06 955;
Mobile reception-room - in case of force majeure;
Local reception days - organised in localities outside the capital;
Thematic receptions - on significant problems of citizens and their organisations.
