Ombudsman opens local reception room for citizens in Kazanluk

On 25 August 2026 (Tuesday) Ombudsman Velislava Delcheva and a team of experts of the Ombudsman Institution arrange a local reception room from 10:00 AM. The venue of the room will be in the office building of the Tax Service and the Social Assistance Directorate at 4 Knyaz Alexander Battenberg Blvd., 3rd floor.

Citizens are welcome to book in advance to get advice or assistance on all matters related to property rights, social, pension, insurance and health rights, consumer cases – electricity, water, mobile network operators, financial institutions, etc.
