Audit Reports

The Ombudsman conducts an on-site audit of the external reporting channel under the Whistleblower Protection Act (WPA) – the Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP). The audit reviews compliance with deadlines, the quality of interaction between CPDP and other competent authorities as per Art. 20 of the WPA, the compliance of its registers and procedures with the law, and other aspects of the CPDP's work that allow for an assessment of its effectiveness (Art. 30, paras. 1 and 2 of the WPA).

The Ombudsman includes this information in the annual report to the National Assembly.
