Ombudsman Velislava Delcheva and a team of experts from the institution will hold a public reception day for citizens in the city of Lovech. It will take place on 23 March 2026 at 1:00 p.m. in the “Baroque Houses” building, 2nd floor (29 Turgovska St.).

Citizens will receive on-site consultations regarding any issues for which they need advice or assistance—social and health rights, property rights, consumer issues (electricity, water, mobile service providers, etc.).
